Sky chose us as their production partner to create a memorable experience that required thoughtful planning, creative ambition, and flawless technical execution.

WHAT THEY NEEDED

Sky Studios Elstree demanded a fully integrated production solution that balanced professionalism with genuine warmth. The challenge was significant: coordinate 40+ crew members across a five-day build, deliver flawless live camera coverage and content playback, manage rapid set resets between shows, and maintain broadcast-quality standards throughout. But beyond the logistics, Sky needed an environment that reflected their values and made every attendee feel genuinely celebrated.

HOW WE ELEVATED IT

We approached the brief with audience experience at its heart. Every decision from space planning to furniture selection to lighting design was guided by one question: how does this make our attendees feel?

We carefully designed the layout to encourage connection and conversation, creating distinct zones that flowed naturally through the space. Our thoughtful furniture selection went beyond function; we sourced pieces that aligned with Sky's brand values, choosing 190 vibrant velvet dining chairs and relaxed seating areas that invited comfort and engagement.

Lighting became an art form. Our dynamic design featured precision fixtures controlled to deliver colour-rich, responsive lighting that evolved throughout the event, elevating key moments and creating atmosphere that shifted seamlessly between energy and intimacy.

Professional audio and visual systems ensured every word, every message, and every visual moment landed with clarity and impact. Our integrated broadcast-grade camera systems and large-scale LED displays enabled seamless content delivery while maintaining the human connection that made the event feel authentic.

The result was a space that felt both professionally polished and genuinely warm a place where Sky's team could celebrate together in an environment that reflected their culture and ambitions.
