A multi-day professional conference at St George’s Park bringing together key colleagues for live presentations, dynamic workshops, and immersive experiences. Working closely with the Football Association, we delivered a fully integrated technical solution combining cutting-edge lighting, audio, video, and scenic design to create an inspiring yet functional environment that celebrated collaboration and professional excellence.

WHAT THEY NEEDED

The Football Association required a scalable, technically sophisticated production capable of hosting concurrent sessions across multiple event days with seamless content delivery, live audience engagement, and professional broadcast standards. The challenge demanded meticulous coordination of 11+ specialist crew members, flawless technical execution for live presentations and video content, rapid transitions between sessions, and strict adherence to site safety protocols within a complex five-day build and delivery timeline at the specialist St Georges Park venue.

We understood the importance of delivering a world-class experience for such a prestigious organisation. That's why we worked closely with the FA team to ensure every technical detail supported their vision, allowing them to focus on creating meaningful professional connections and inspiring content delivery.

Our dynamic lighting design incorporated Robe Robin Pointe, Robe Robin LEDBeam 150, ETC Source 4 profiles, and Selecon Acclaim Fresnels controlled via grandMA3 consoles, delivering sophisticated colour-rich lighting that elevated presentations, panel discussions, and keynote speeches with precision and impact.

Professional audio and visual systems ensured flawless delivery across multiple sessions. Our d&b audiotechnik PA system with Yamaha QL5 console provided crystal-clear sound, while the 12m x 3.5m Absen LED wall with Novastar MX40 processors, dual 65-inch autocue displays, and broadcast-grade camera systems enabled seamless content management and real-time production control.

Thoughtful staging and scenic design created an inviting yet professional environment, featuring a 30 foot x 14 foot navy-carpeted main stage with 8 foot central treads, integrated LED tape edging, custom branded lecterns, and an 8 foot x 8 foot band riser. Strategic placement of production flats and comfort monitor hides ensured optimal sightlines and professional presentation standards throughout the venue.
